Check In

• Please arrive on time to your scheduled shift (8am or 12:30p).

• Please enter the main doors to the Crossover Church Lobby.

• Please check-in at the Cafe counters in the Lobby.

Volunteer instructions

• Once checked in, your volunteer station will be assigned to you at check-in.

• If your station has already been assigned, please check-in first before reporting to your station.

• Please report to the leader of your station in the designated area for your assigned station.

• Your leader or a member of the station will give directions on what tasks need to be completed. 

What to wear

• Please wear comfortable clothing.

• Please wear closed toed shoes.

• A Love Our City T-shirt is not required & will not be provided.

Children

• There will not be childcare provided.

• Children under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Parents, please be aware of your serving capacity if you will be accompanied by your child(ren).

Additional Details

• Volunteers will be released at the end of each shift.

• If you are signed up for two shifts please relieve yourself for break between 11am-12:30pm

• Lunch will not be provided.

• We encourage you to take some time for a break and go eat lunch.
